And see it all on both iPhone and iPad. The Health app puts important information at your fingertips, including your health records, medications, labs, activity, and sleep. It also makes it simple to securely share that information. It collects health and fitness data from your iPhone, iPad, the built-in sensors on your Apple Watch, compatible third-party devices, and apps that use HealthKit.With your AirPods Pro 2 paired with an iPhone or iPad, you can take a scientifically validated Hearing Test and gain deeper insights into your hearing health in the Health app.

- **Get started with Health on iPhone** — The Health app on iPhone stores health data from a number of different sources: your iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and compatible apps and third-party devices. You can set up a sleep schedule, check your headphone levels, schedule when to take your medications, and much more.
- **Find your health data in one place** — iPhone automatically stores and analyzes valuable health details, including mobility data, sleep history, and even health records from your medical providers. You can also manually add information about medications you’re taking, your menstrual cycle, and more. To display all of your health data, open the Health app and scroll down to see highlights
- **Fill out your health details** — To personalize your experience, add your name, date of birth, sex, and other basic information to Health Details. To edit your health details, tap Summary, tap your picture or initials at the top right, tap Health Details, then tap Edit.
