- **CVS Vouchers** — CVS provides employers the ability to distribute vouchers (online) to consumers to obtain a "comprehensive health screening" and/or flu shot at their local CVS - paid for by the company. 
- **Comprehensive Health Screening** — Blood Pressure Check; Weight Assessment- Height, weight, waist circumference and calculation of body mass index; Cholesterol Screening- 3-5 minute blood test for total cholesterol, HDL, Calculated LDL, Triglyceride, Ratio; Diabetes Screening - 3-5 minute blood test for blood glucose level in persons without diabetes, or 3-5 minute blood test for glycosylated hemoglobin (AIC) in persons with diabetes.
