- **Clinical Technology** — RxSS layers over the existing pharmacy benefit, plan design, formulary, and network to find opportunities for savings within the benefit. Our technology ingests prescription claims and maps them to 60,000+ lower-cost alternatives curated by the RxSS Pharmacy & Therapeutics Committee.
- **Intelligent Engagement** — Members view savings opportunities and check the cost of available alternatives from the RxSS member portal and mobile app. RxSS notifies the member via email, direct mail​,​ phone or SMS when a lower-cost prescription is identified. RxSS determines how, when, and why notifications are sent based on available data and system-based logic.
- **Concierge Member Support** — A dedicated team of RxSS pharmacy technicians provide live, one-on-one support to help members navigate their pharmacy benefits and savings opportunities. The team can even facilitate a prescription switch request and provider follow up on the member’s behalf.
