In addition to video consultations, Teladoc also offers behavioral health services, including therapy sessions with licensed psychiatrists and psychologists. Teladoc is committed to revolutionizing the healthcare industry by making high-quality medical care more accessible, convenient, and cost-effective for patients globally.Each Physician shall be licensed via the Teladoc Health Program, to practice medicine and/or osteopathic medicine, technologically proficient, trained in Cross-Coverage Consultations and covered by medical malpractice insurance having limits equal to or greater than the minimum required limits in the state where such Physician practices. The Primary 360 Services give access to the Primary Care Physicians, provide wellness and preventative care, diagnose the Participant's ailments, recommend additional/alternative Virtual Care Services, writing non-DEA controlled prescription(s), ordering of laboratory tests etc. The Livongo for Whole Person Services includes services related to various chronic conditions such as diabetes, hypertension and weight management.

## Services
- **Teladoc Health** — Teladoc Health Program includes access to the Physicians, who are selected and engaged by the Provider to provide patient and Physician interaction, whereby the Physician diagnoses the patient's ailment, recommends therapy, and if necessary and appropriate, writes a Non DEA controlled prescription. 
- **Teladoc + Primary 360 Services** — The Primary 360 Services include access for Participants 18 years of age or older to the Primary Care Physicians, whereby the Primary Care Physician may provide wellness and preventative care, diagnose the Participant's ailments, recommend additional and/or alternative Virtual Care Services, schedule follow-up Consultations etc.
- **Teladoc + Livongo Services** — Livongo for Whole Person Services is a comprehensive chronic condition management platform to address multiple chronic conditions in a single integrated experience, comprised of connected technology, digital programs, and expert coaching.
