- **WPO Global Coaching** — The Basic package includes 24/7 live support, wellness coaching, multiple intake channels (phone, WhatsApp, messaging), trainings, launch support, the Balancy app for multi-channel access, ManagerAssist for HR support, and BenefitCONNECT for benefit program guidance.
- **WPO Global Wellbeing Program** — The Full package includes everything in Basic, plus Aware (mindfulness program), Life Coaching (six sessions), New Parent Return to Work support, a Global Wellbeing Questionnaire, short-term counseling, and work-life resources and referrals.
- **WPO Optional Services & Member Support** — Optional services with both packages include training, critical incident support, risk assessments, and specialized programs like Revive (burnout), Elevate (anxiety and depression), and Pathways (extended care).Members get 24/7 support via WPO’s website and Balancy app, with advanced issues quickly handled by WPO’s IT team.

- **24/7 Direct Access to Clinicians** — WPO service centers are always accessible and calls are answered by masters’ level (or equivalent) clinicians who can help resolve issues immediately. Instead of a quick intake call, clinicians can provide in-the-moment counseling before providing referrals.
