For on-site screenings testing methods include fingerstick, fingerstick with DBS, or venipuncture, and biometrics. Off-site screening options include: Labcorp PSC vouchers, physician forms, CVS Minute Clinic vouchers, and Labcorp OnDemand home collection kits (Lipid/A1c and ColoFIT).

On-site Screenings

With on-site biometric screenings, you can help identify chronic conditions, such as diabetes, hyperlipidemia and obesity. Our team works with you to identify the screening panel (test panel) to best measure the health risks within your population. Using motivational interviewing alongside the results from the biometric screening, our health coaches work one-on-one with each employee to identify lifestyle modifications and set small goals to improve their health outcomes.

Off-site Screenings
