Cariloop Coaches

Dedicated and highly qualified coaches provide guidance and specialized support for employees. All coaches are full-time W2 employees, with an average of 12 years of experience in their respective fields. Areas of expertise include: infant and childcare, mental health, neurodivergence and special needs, LGBTQIA+ support, end of life planning, and more.

Tools & Resources

A robust collection of essential caregiving resources, including caregiver support plans, community channels, medication and appointment trackers, and articles published by licensed coaches.

Caregiver Network & Backup Care

Access a reliable caregiver network to find, book, and pay for childcare, senior care, pet care, tutors, household help, and more.

Included at no additional cost, employees can access short-term Backup Care options from the Cariloop network. Employers can choose to subsidize this care as an added benefit.
