Concierge Coaching
Dedicated, highly qualified Coaches provide guidance and specialized support for employees throughout the care journey. All Coaches are full-time W2 employees, with an average of 12 years of experience in their respective fields. Areas of expertise include: infant and childcare, eldercare, mental health, neurodivergence and special needs, legal and financial resources, LGBTQIA+ support, end-of-life planning, and more.
Backup Care
Care Coordination: Cariloop’s network-agnostic approach delivers the broadest, most flexible access to care. We offer on-demand sourcing and vetting of care regardless of network or location, access to our embedded marketplace of providers for self-serve booking, and optional Personal Network to allow employees to lean on friends and family—while protecting employers from fraud and misuse.
Subsidy Administration (optional): When employers partner with Cariloop, they receive a Backup Care program tailored to their workforce and budget, so employees have reliable care—and can confidently show up for work. Employees use only what they need, and employers only pay for what is used.
