Carrot core base

Carrot Core gives members access to comprehensive care navigation. Carrot Companions (care navigators) support members with benefits questions, guide to appropriate resources, and provide referrals.

Carrot core optional

Carrot core optional gives members access to digital resources through Carrot Academy and subject matter experts for pregnancy and postpartum, menopause, low testosterone, and gender-affirming care, plus third-party support services.

Carrot pro

Includes both base and optional, upgraded base services with "pro-base"- claims services and "pro-optional" - pro benefit services and third party services.

Carrot members receive individually curated Carrot Plans that guide them to the experts and resources that are most helpful to their unique journey. Carrot Plans evolve with the member based on needs, goals, point in journey, and Care Team interactions.
