WPO Global coaching

The Basic package includes the following key features:
  • 24/7 live answer; member website; account management; wellness coaching; intake via toll-free phone, e-mail, SMS texting, or instant messaging; trainings and Orientations; implementation, launch, and promotions support.
  • iConnectYou: phone, instant message, video, and SMS text-based support in one place.
  • ManagerAssist: tele-consultation for HR and managers on employee/organizational issues.
  • BenefitCONNECT: Intake training on all related company-sponsored benefit programs.

WPO Global Well Being program

The Full package includes all Basic features plus:
  • Aware: Six-session telephonic mindfulness-based stress reduction program.
  • Life Coaching: Up to six sessions of telephonic life coaching.
  • New Parent Return to Work: Support reintegration following a parental leave.
  • Global Wellbeing Questionnaire: identifies potential health risks to employees and employers 
  • Short-term, solution-focused emotional or mental health counseling
  • Work-life consultation, resource, and referral services

WPO Optional Services & Member Support

Optional Services (available for both Basic and Full packages): Online or on-site training; On-site support for rapid response critical incidents; Stress Check; Burn Out Management Program; Elevate: Longer-term clinical intervention for individuals presenting with significant symptoms of anxiety and depression; Pathways: Extended clinical intervention for individuals who could benefit from longer-term support. WPO provides tech support via their website and mobile app iConnectYou; Intake staff will work to answer questions and resolve issues; If the member’s question is more advanced, it will be directed to WPO’s IT team; Internal operations & IT resources work 24/7 to quickly resolve issues.

24/7 Direct Access to Clinicians

WPO service centers are always accessible and calls are answered by masters’ level (or equivalent) clinicians who can help resolve issues immediately. Instead of a quick intake call, clinicians can provide in-the-moment counseling before providing referrals.

Customizable Level of Counseling

WPO offers counseling services allowing clients to adapt to a disruptive event, law, or regulation by adjusting or enhancing their solutions. We work collaboratively with our clients and use an agile approach to building custom programs.
