Services

WPO Global Coaching

The Basic package includes 24/7 live support, wellness coaching, multiple intake channels (phone, WhatsApp, messaging), trainings, launch support, the Balancy app for multi-channel access, ManagerAssist for HR support, and BenefitCONNECT for benefit program guidance.

WPO Global Wellbeing Program

The Full package includes everything in Basic, plus Aware (mindfulness program), Life Coaching (six sessions), New Parent Return to Work support, a Global Wellbeing Questionnaire, short-term counseling, and work-life resources and referrals.

WPO Optional Services & Member Support

Optional services with both packages include training, critical incident support, risk assessments, and specialized programs like Revive (burnout), Elevate (anxiety and depression), and Pathways (extended care).

Members get 24/7 support via WPO’s website and Balancy app, with advanced issues quickly handled by WPO’s IT team.

24/7 Direct Access to Clinicians

WPO service centers are always accessible and calls are answered by masters’ level (or equivalent) clinicians who can help resolve issues immediately. Instead of a quick intake call, clinicians can provide in-the-moment counseling before providing referrals.

Customizable Level of Counseling

WPO offers counseling services allowing clients to adapt to a disruptive event, law, or regulation by adjusting or enhancing their solutions. We work collaboratively with our clients and use an agile approach to building custom programs.
