The Prevention Program is designed to increase education regarding key strengthening and stretching activities around healthy habits. The Chronic and Acute programs use evidence-based care for MSK pain including the following: personalized virtual physical therapy sessions, dedicated support from an expert care team that includes a physical therapist and health coach, personalized educational content, and behavioral health support.

Surgery Program
The pre/post surgery program offers support to members where MSK surgery is the best course. Their assigned PT and health coach will help improve the quality of their pre-to-post surgical experience to expedite recovery and also reduce postoperative costs. Each member gets a personalized care plan designed by their PT which is shared and reviewed with the member’s surgeon as needed.
