Some of Participant Services are not tracked for use and/or fee purposes on a per Session basis: Sword Move - helps Participants improve their physical activity levels and performance; Sword Predict - identifies and engages Participants at a higher risk of future healthcare expenditure; Sword On-Call™ - access to a physical health specialist; Sword Academy - video library; Sword Atlas - delivers clinically-validated exercises and education.

Sword Thrive

Sword Thrive is a digital physical therapy solution designed to help Participants address their MSK needs, find relief from related pain and improve their general wellness. It combines the use of Sword’s FDA-listed Digital Therapist and the human touch of a Specialist who is a licensed doctor of physical therapy to offer the most comprehensive and clinically-validated digital MSK solution on the market.

Sword Bloom

Sword Bloom is a digital solution designed to help Participants address their pelvic health needs and improve their general wellness. It combines the use of the Sword Mobile App, Bloom Sensor and a pelvic health Specialist ("PHS") to offer the most comprehensive and clinical-grade pelvic health solution on the market.

Sword Move

Sword Move is a digital solution designed to help Participants improve their physical activity levels and performance by providing programs of exercises and classes, personalized to each Participant. Sword Move connects Participants with personal trainers that guide the creation of exercise programs, using Participant input and data from a connected wearable. The personal trainers also regularly communicate with Participants to provide support and accountability.

100% of clinical-grade care

Currently, Sword Health has over 76 staffed DPTs to monitor our members, 3x the amount of our next competitor. While other vendors in the space may involve PTs in their initial assessment, they immediately turn their members over to a health coach and/or a “cookie cutter” self-guided program, eliminating the aid of a clinical expert through their entire journey. This is misleading and does not provide the high-touch support needed for optimal healing. Doctors of Physical Therapy have the training, experience, and education sufficient for MSK healing—all which far exceed that of a health coach.

Real-time sensor feedback

Sword's FDA-listed device (our Digital Therapist) is required to meet a level of clinical and technological reliability, precision, and efficiency that non-FDA-listed tech are not. Our motion sensors take 50 measurements per second, reading movement with up to 4x more accuracy than the human eye, and measuring up to 5,000 different types of feedback. Our sensors teach the member precisely how to do their exercises while sending a wealth of clinical data to the member's therapist, enabling them to personalize each program ongoing.
